Convention 2010 Update, October 2009 |
The Atlanta Claims Convention will be held at the Gwinnett Center on April 14-16, 2010. Your convention committee is already making plans for yet another successful event. Proof of the Pudding will be sending out letters to the Hospitality Suite holders in December. The exhibitors letter and information will be posted on our web site starting in December. The information from Freeman Decorating will also be posted on the web site enabling our exhibitors to gather all the information they require from one source. We are looking to have a record number of exhibitors in 2010.
The Hampton Inn will be our convention hotel with the backup being the Holiday Inn and Homewood Suites. Further information on rates for each location will be posted in the November Claimscene.
The committee is looking into getting a top notch group for our entertainment and dancing pleasure at the banquet. Feel free to contact any of the convention committee members if you need additional information.
